About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Dear Sir, A must check and revalidation should be done to make sure the needy was actually helped. As I mentioned earlier about the complexity of the system the grievances are settled only on pen and paper. Further you may get data points which will satisfy you that the help was done or the needy did not deserve it or he is mad. As a proof, you can take my case wherein 6 years of your govt completed and the request i made to the PM of our country. In return I got the worst days of my life. Thnks

Death punishment for RAPE Bharath Mata is a women, Dharthi Mata is a women, we all grew up because of women caringness but now the same women is exploited across nation. Our government has done many drastic changes and this govt is admired by all if they bring sevear punishment for RAPE. These brutal act should be punished brutally. Please modi ji let us save our sisters, mothers. Let us not give any space to these insane people to harm rest of our sisters/mothers.Awaiting for a good response

महोदय सादर प्रणाम सरकार ने जगह-जगह शौचालय तो बना दिए मगर अभी भी हाईवेज पर लोग सड़क के किनारे टॉयलेट कर रहे होते हैं सरकार को चाहिए जितने भी पूरे हिंदुस्तान में शौचालय हैं उन्हें गूगल मैप से जोड़ दें जिस तरह लोग एड्रेस को ढूंढते हैं उसी तरह गूगल पर टॉयलेट दाल के ढूंढ लेंगे Jai hind

महोदय सादर प्रणाम माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आप उत्तर प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों को और बेहतर बना सकते हैं आपको सिर्फ इतना करना है जितने भी प्राइवेट स्कूल है उन्होंने संस्था के नाम पर जमीनें खरीदी थी जमीने लेते समय एक एमिनेंट साइन किया था जिसमें लिखा था 25%गरीब परिवारों के बच्चों को मुफ्त शिक्षा एक प्राइवेट स्कूल में 3000 बच्चे हैं एक बच्चे से साल की ₹200000 लिए जाते हैं स्कूल को मिले 1 साल में 60 करोड़ 25 परसेंट के हिसाब से 750 सौ बच्चे इनके पैसे हुए 15 करोड़ यह पैसे सरकार को ले लेना चाहिए

महोदय सादर प्रणाम माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी द्धारा कश्मीर में धारा तीन सौ सत्तर पैंतीस ऐ ,तीन तलाक ,मंदिर निर्माण कार्य श्रेष्ठ हैं इसी को कहते है असम्भव को सम्भव करना ! इसी प्रकार से अवैध रूप से रहने वाले विदेशियों को देश निकाला तथा जनसंख्या पर कानून शीघ्र लाने की कृपा करें ! जनसंख्या नियत्रण से देश का विकास अधिक होगा ! गाँवों में शिक्षा में सुधार आएगा !

Respected PM Sir, Unplanned usage of available communication facilities like phone, email, whatsapp, sms, video conferencing should be stopped by either Govt or by public. A documentary on training to use them appropriately so that other part of the task can be ready with all documents or information in proper manner which is an activity requires duration not just as fast as communication through new technology.

सर , पहले तो मैं मोदी जी को धन्यवाद देता हूॅं की उन्होंने बहुत सारे जनहित वाले निर्णय लिये। मेरी सरकार पोर्टल पर जनता से राय मांगना ये भी अच्छा है। लेकिन क्या मेरी राय या सूचना पर कार्यवाही की जाएगी। अगर ऐसा हो सकता है तो मेरा एक निवेदन है। मैं महाराष्ट्र से हूॅं , हमारे यहाँ सभी सरकारी स्कूलों मे मराठी माध्यम से पढाया जाता है। मेरी मोदी जी से विनती है की सभी सरकारी स्कूलों मे सेमी अंग्रेजी माध्यम से पढाने के लिये जरूर कोशिश करे। ताकि गरीबों के बच्चे भी अंग्रेजी में पढें।
