About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

To enjoy the benifits of digitalization the process should be must be geared fast. Only transactions below Rs. 10,000/- per day should be allowed by cash. Simultaneously an act should be implemented barring physical cash holding at home or office should not exceed Rs. 50,000/- at any point of time. The rest of their cash holding should be kept in their account only. For that we we should fix a deadline. After that IT department should go for raids. In continuation to my yesterday's post regarding " interest income" , I suggest the the govt. to introduce " rent cheque " also similar to introduction of " interest cheque " as I mentioned so that we can evaluate the total rent generation and check them.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मध्यप्रदेश में जिस प्रकार CM हेल्पलाइन है उसी प्रकार केंद्र सरकार को भी कॉल सेंटर व्यवस्था के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज कराने की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए जिससे लोग आसानी से अपनी समस्या का समाधान कर सकें। सरकार को 3 या 4 अंकों का टोल फ्री नंबर जारी करना चाहिए जिसे आसानी से याद रखा जा सके। हमारे मध्यप्रदेश में लोग बैंकों से संबंधित शिकायतें भी CM हेल्पलाइन पर करते हैं और बैंक राज्य सरकार के नियंत्रण में नहीं होते हैं, इस कारण बैंकों पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हो पाती है।

Idea-1: On the model of telephonic grievance registration by states like Jharkhand, UP, etc., Centre should also do the same so as to increase its reach to every section of society. Idea-2: Since most of the issues faced by citizens are related to State subjects, hence, a sort of effective hierarchical coordination between CPGRAMS and respective state departments. States should be made obligatory to follow the direction given through CPGRAMS. Idea-3: Option to enter special characters.
