माता-पिता,पालकों एवं शिक्षकों को बच्चों के अच्छे कार्यों की प्रशंसा करनी चाहिए, बरे कार्यों को सामूहिक रूप से उजागर न करते हुए उन्हें समझाईश देकर अच्छे रास्ते मे ले जाने का प्रयास करना उचित होगा। ऐसा करने से बच्चों का मन पढाई मे अधिक लग सकता है और वह परीक्षा की तैयारी आसानी से कर सकता है।

The only thing which can help students best are themselves. No matter how good tutions amd advanced classes are given to them. The only thing works is what they think about themselves and their talent. They should be able to trust on their talent that they can do better from now and then. Human psychology makes everything happens and it works easily on students. A mindset can make their life if they get possitive. To make this happen I think parents need to encourage students. Thats all.

for stress free exam before starting of papers proper planning is necessary. make in advance strict time table at least one month before starting of papers. eat nutrition food and drink water judiciously. stay away from media. physical activity is necessary each day. proper sleeping of at least 7 hours is necessary. parents should also not do such things which affect their children brain.

Ist of all small small aim deceide kre and then every day achieve our aim . End of the year our practice best and no fear of exam .

बच्चो को तनाव मुक्त परीक्षा के लिए तैयार करने का कार्य दो ही व्यक्ति कर सकते है एक उसको पढ़ाने वाले शिक्षक और दूसरा है उसके माता पिता।यदि दोनों छात्रों को समझे व उनके साथ सहयोग करे और परीक्षा तैयारी में सहयोग करे तो छात्र तनाव मुक्त परीक्षा दे पाएंगे अत छात्रों के साथ साथ अभिभावकों व शिक्षकों की भी काउंसलिंग की आवश्यकता है

We can tackle every examination by our good life style. Our life style should be easier , and simple. To should give time to every thing like study,sports,fittness,etc. During exams we should give extra time to studies,but we should not stop our daily rutine. So, manage your time for all things.

In exam time deep sleep and good eating as children hobby and keep interwal during study and than start study and no compare with other children or students and faith himself.etc
