1st do not take stress and tension about exam exam is just fun and just speak I can do it and remember exam don't last forever 2nd paper and write or your worries then through the paper away and tell your feeling to friend and someone who you trust 3rd listening Calming music for you can play and CCTV to take rest or your mind of your worries. jai hind

pass or fail that's only cause Stress on exam. if your pass that's give good life, if your fail then your life is gone, These kind of thoughts make Stress The exam is just fun means the stress is gone

Stress mainly depends on the upbringing of a child. A well nurtured child may not be that much stressed. When learning is interesting, students will be able to understand more. Parents have a good role to play. They should understand the capabilities of his child and help him learn. But nowadays for many children home life is not peaceful. They are under struggles, which inturn affect their studies.

6. If there are so many mood swings going on in the mind continuously, you can do meditation. 7. If any negative thoughts is coming continuously in your mind, talk to your best friends, read any inspiring book or see any comedy or inspiring movie and then continue to your study.

3. If possible, try to understand the topics rather than learning them and also try to correlate all the topics with a thread. In this way you can also cover difficult topics in an easy way. 4. Also take a snap break of 5-10 minutes during your study. I never studied continuously for more than 1 hour. I always had taken break during my study. 5. You can also go for a walk of half hour in the last evening of exam to refine your concentration.
