5. Government officer still have mind-set that public is servant and treating like that but real fact is government employees are public servant (public is sovereign) so in all government offices similar kind of statement should be mentioned to realize public is supreme and public is serving government employees salary by paying tax.

3. Spitting on public place is big concern, it represents bad Indian Image to foreign tourists. And spitting spreads lots of diseases like TB, H1 N1 etc. We should have strict law in place and also should have awareness in people. In-fact with CCTV we can implement this easily.

2. Food contamination is critical problem in our country. Government should bring strong law like non bail able offence OR license cancellation OR huge penalty. Easy mechanism to report complaint regarding contamination. For healthier, stronger India this problem must be solved on priority.

1. Nearly 99% Consumers don’t aware about their rights. So is it possible to strengthen the consumer rights law (or may be law exists, I am not aware) with following points? a. Wherever consumer come into picture, any service provider/shops/Petrol-Diesel pumps/government offices/Health clinics/Hospitals etc should display consumer rights and their (shop owner) rights in front and with easily understandable format. This should be mandatory by law.

During the same period, Cost Inflation Index has risen from 305 points for 1996-97 to 1125 for FY 2016-17 .Therefore, there is every justification to raise ceiling of tax free Leave Encashment to Rs 12 lakh at least for Non – Government employee i.e. Public Sector and Private Sector. Respected Sir I want to use this platform to focus on issue regarding changing of finger prints of senior citizens which is used for Aadhar card and ultimately denying them from their basic rights.I am writing on behalf of many senior citizens whose sim cards are going to be invalid which they use for pension. Here some senior citizens have totally lost their fingerprints making their Aadhar card invalid. Some more convenient or alternative way like checking of hard copies/ iris scan can be made

#Mann ki baat #Ek baat meri bhi#stop discrimination of Eunuchs. Eunuchs are degraded and unworthy to live.I requested you to make new laws, restructure the existing and implement. When we see them begging,we associate them negatively and teach the next generation to the same.My views to provide them job opportunities start from railway station with more activity.Embedded Institutional learning should be given in Schools,Colleges, work places, public places to sow the seed of morality.BinitaIIMKPV
