As per Section 10(10AA) of Income Tax Act 1961, Leave Encashment to Government Employees at the time of retirement is Tax free irrespective of amount. However, there is a ceiling of Rs 3 Lakh on tax free Leave Encashment in case of Non Government Employee including PSU employees. This ceiling has remained unchanged since FY 1996-97.

I Have Idea for resolving this traffic issue in our city. For solve this issue is it possible that Gov. can use their empty plots for public parking or use that plots for making build for pay parking ? Also gov. take private plots on long lease & make parking building. All issues because of wrongly approval of commercial building plans where parking space are very low compare its actual requirement, visitor parking are very low compare to actual use. Road side parking create more traffic.

Respected Sir, The Govt needs to seriously take some step for providing shelter to homeless citizens.Pls build shelters for homeless childrens and citizens so that we dont see any beggar in the streets. The Govt needs to move all the beggars to these shelters(something similar to the amma hostels in chennai)and give them unskilled jobs for infrastructure etc development.A national fund for homeless citizens can be created with minimum Re 1 contribution per month from all employed .
