Happy heart is a concept to develop internal happy feeling for pressure and tension free heart. 1 Always creative and positive talk with family and other person of society.it help us to maintain happy heart. 2 Always participate in social work for develop internal feeling to happy heart. 3 Always hearing spiritual and religious song for develop internal happy. 4 One hour given in liberary for study books and discuss for express our view infront of other.it help us to relax our body and mind. 5 serve pet animal for happy and healthy our heart. 6 Gardening is a way to engage with nature and its eco system.it help us to develop internal happy.

story... what 2 do moral of the story... what not 2 do.... we says that education is business become now what about heath .. isn't it health industry...in economy boon & my point of view India is big market 4 everything even r own ..health parameters are reschedule by foreign countries what about own... simple.. a-don't avoid foreign product but in limit use b_see 1st your own health by your own eyes c_then climate surrounded by u d_your food habits e_your working hrs d_workout exercise whether u do or not.. at least walking...ets simply everything available at u ..no need any extra your communication modes with _ society relations & so on... rest past what.... in present matters ...start from this moment 4 movement...daily healthy workout simple at home home made product_ u can be your own body doctor _ cause whatever change in body..gives u symptoms.. try 2 hear it ..then try 2 recover by home querry actually preventive r better but 2day lifestyle happens...

India is one of the developing country in the world but India is inventing many things in the world. To promote the inventions our honorable PM sir have passed Atma nirbhar Bharat scheme in India from this scheme we have made many things without any help from other countries . companies like Tata, jio, Mahindraare the famous company's. From aatmnirvat Bharat we have made co-vaccine during covid -19-pandamic , 5G Communications in India and INS Vikrant in defence and Aakash these are the famous inventions took place in India. I have very inspired with this scheme

to my gov team continue this happy heart or else other .. for end of 2023 ...based on health issues on 75 yr....the whole year resolution fit health wellness - India स्वस्थ्य भारत मस्त तंदुरुस्त भारत.... ask people how will daily workout with home available material...eg_boll stick..ets actually if think it's easy 2be healthy ...what's need 2 be healthy..especially heart.. everything is around the person beside pollution _simple food _ available at home _daily exercise no need Jim & else daily workout with small things a_with boll all small kind of prompt at home ..if think ..can be then mental emotional health spend time on ground level rather _ social media 1 thing also can do .. in self areas in group ...till at 10/11 night walk or play with kid _ badminton, ball not much traffic on road self time self investment.. self change world will automatically change.. cause any change can't bought by soc/media talk on ground u have 2 come & work 4 health..

to remain healthy one must take care of his heart.heart is the vital organ one must take care of it.to save heart one must :- 1.do lipid profile test to see his cholestrol level and check triglycerides level. 2 if found at danger level one must take strong notice of it by reducing lipids in the body.. avoid alcohol quit smoking avoid fatty foods

I am the man of a middle-class family and an employee too aged abut 53 years with day-to-day routine regular activities with full of pressure and tensions in job as well as in family affairs. i am working for not less than 16 hours in a day and sometimes 18 hours also. But food intake should be moderate in quantity, consistency in time and healthy in quality. Principle of pleasure and satisfaction is important for anyone. This principle should be followed. Know your capacity and fix your target. Do not go beyond your capacity comparing and imitating others blindly. Believe yourself, moral in thinking, socialize, and do not hesitate in asking help if you are not capable. Have proper rest and relaxation. world is running fast undoubtedly hence you update yourself in accordance with needs and necessities. Walk a half an hour daily and make it a hobby as a part of your life. Don't forget that your health is important and primary than any other aspect. and do not show angry on others.
