my story.... part of society moral of story.. individual activity u know in this universe only 2 people's r there =male & female..rest their contribution then still ..why so much...शोर अशांति r their criteria also limited only= 2 air/land/water marathon 2 run ,ocean 2 swim, mountain 2 hike still... in these 3 criteria all nation having_ territory then from history 2 present _ drastic changes goes modern leasure life with technology where is health ... so health in your hands.. only survive & it's need _ disciplined life healthy habits _ sleeping hrs simple food daily exercise & most important work _ emotional/mental how it will keeps u fit& fine no more stress from modern era_ soc/ media it's nothing but .. reactions in amount of garbage we brought .. isn't it ?... pressure feeling that's indirect puts pressure on heart... so action movement needs in life as health do ground field work_soc/work why not do at 11 clock night walking on road in your area..

why not IMO or such other agencies do survey _ health chart eg_ r country r index chart why depend on foreign countries in small groups areawise if do syrvey eg_ in offices bureaucracy or other relevant offices or private company online survey or other meothds _mention age of person then _other health issues nech problem or else ..ets this will help 2 sortvout problem & how 2 cure it cause say that_ people earn money & that money spend in health then where is life to live with happy 4 happy heart ... _ work inner engineering a_ modern invention reduce workout & moreover ... b_ technology _ sitting work how will balance life healthy heart by occupational emotional physical intellectual spiritual ..... think.... movement is life..... practice 2 action ... deal science with logic in health ... means use modern with healthy habits ... enviornment is outside what about inside enviornment ... knowledge is outer world love 4 heart is inner male female...

Please do pay attention in attachment of this report on re-emerging of chit fund in new process in West Bengal. This advertisement is found in Haripal (HPL) Station's foot overbridges' walls (top). Haripal Station is on Howrah Stn.-Tarakeswar Stn. Railway Line. Also, please do verify the eligibility of free-rationing consumers' status. In West Bengal, mostly are internally very very rich persons with many agricultural lands, big business, even M.D. doctors with own nursing homes, etc. in Jangipara (PIN - 712404). They simply sell those rice, wheat, sugar, etc. to those persons who don't get anything. Persons with educational background, but poor, have no land even, etc. are not getting anything who are really needy. Please do rectify.

Happy heart means “खुश दिल” । हमारे शरीर का एक ऐसा हिस्सा जो हमें जीवित और मृत की श्रेणी में, एक पल मैं रख सकता है । इसको खुश रखने का बेहद आसान तरीक़ा है , ख़ुद का ख़्याल रखें । जीवन शैली ऐसी हो जिसमें अति किसी चीज की ना हो । रोज़ मर्रा मैं सुपाच्य स्वस्थ साफ़ सुथरा कम तेल मसाले का ख़ाना खायें । अपना हिंदुस्तानी भोजन खायें । ख़ाना उतना ही खायें जितना शरीर को ज़रूरत है । साग सब्ज़ी फल दही रोज़ खायें । दैनिक जीवन में मदिरा सेवन से दूर रहें । रोज़ ३० मिनट से एक घंटा तक योग या कोई व्यायाम करें । हफ़्ते मैं एक आध बार इच्छा हो तो बाहर क्ज़ार खाने जायें, या घर पर भोज बनायें , परिवार के साथ अपने समय को celebrate करें । मन खुश तो दिल खुश । क्रोध कम करें …आए तो एक बार ज़रूर सोचिए, क्या ये ग़ुस्सा इतना ज़रूरी है की मैं कुछ समय के ही सही पर अपने दिल पर बेकार भार लूँ ? और आख़िर मैं महीने मैं हफ़्ते मैं एक बार समाज मैं अपनी सामर्थ्यानुसार किसी की मदद ज़रूर करें, ज़रूरी नहीं पैसे से, श्रम से समय से, संसर्ग से…कैसे भी …देखिए कितना खुश होगा आपका दिल सामने वाले की मुस्कराहट से ।

नमस्कार मेरा नाम हिमांशु यादव है मैं रोज सुबह 5:00 बजे उठ जाता हूं थोड़ा काम करता हूं एक्सरसाइज करता हूं दौड़ कर आता हूं ज्यादातर घर का खाना खाता हूं और स्मोक दारू ऐसा सेवन नहीं करता शाम को भी जोगिंग करने जाता हूं पूरे डिसिप्लिन से जीता हूं इसलिए स्वस्थ हूं ❤️

मेरा मानना है कि योग का समय हर व्यक्ति को निकालना चाहिए और सरकार के द्वारा स्कूल और कॉलेज में आधे घंटे समय योग के लिए रोजाना समय देना चाहिए ताकि बच्चों व कालेज वाले विद्यार्थियों कि आदत में शामिल करने से बिमारीयो बच सकते हैं। धन्यवाद

Unlearn and re lear eating practices as per age. after 30, only fruits as breakfast. start lunch qith full plate salads, it is just a matter of habit you can do it. i do mono fruit diet after any hot vegan beverage. later i take any salads available with tasty lemon masala dressing to enjoy it before lunch. only eat when hungry and alway drink when thirsty, dont delay nature s call. sleep till satisfied. stretch well and listen to the body sublte signals always. sit in sunlight as long as your body feels good, everyday. Remember to meditate, it is peaceful time with yourself. You are an important person. watch you acidity, work on your doshas. quit dairy quit heavy hrains and even atta. quit rice switch to millet permanently. quit stress, take life easy, enjoy it. pursue your hobbies, goals and life rules Sanatan dharma teaches: jab parivaar pe khatra aye to samaj ko chodke parivar ko bachao par jab khudpe khatra aye to duniya ko chodke khudko bachao. ye tumhara param kartavya hai.
