At point of individuals no citizen should be avoided. I have not got personal value from district collector office at present. The government officials not working for public only for thier duty on salary.

Happy Heart ultimately related with mentally healthy lifestyle so, If you are mentally healthy then it affects on your heart & it will also be happy.... ★ If we are in stressful condition or have any minor tension then we also suffer from disturbance of sleep , overthinking related how to overcome from situation & that's all lead to imbalance eating habits... This affect our circulation system of heart....so, 1.Maintain Happy Healthy Mind. 2.We can't avoid stressful condition but take it easy be calm in every situation (e.g.Read books , self-motivation, listening music, Exercise - deep breathing , relaxation techniques, yoga , changing environment etc) 3.Don't transfer your anger in eating habits eat healthy which can make heart happy ( eg.Daily eating vitamin & minerals, protein,fiber rich food & Avoid high cholesterol food )Daily take 3 to 4 liter water , Must doing mild to moderate exercise for 1 hour. 4.Give atleast One hour daily for yourself
