Happy heart is a way of happy life.it is our duty to care and protect our heart.there are so many way to follow happy heart. 1 Yog is a best way to maintain happy heart and happy life.there are so many asan to fit our heart. 2 Meditation is a path to maintain our happy and healthy heart. 3 SATSANG is a way to hear positive and spiritual gyan is a way to maintain happy heart. 4 Positive dialogue is a process to feel happy our heart.it has develop inspirational feeling for heart. 5 social engagement is a way to connect with their own family member.it has happy heart feeling. 6 Avoid fast food and cold drink for maintain out happy heart. 7 positive attitude is a way to feel happy internally and externally both. 8 Spiritual life is a best way to fell our heart happy.

1. Early to bed and early to rise. 2. 30 minutes walk. 3. 30 minutes for yoga & exercise. 4. 15 minutes meditation and worship. 5. Avoid fast-food. 6. Think positive and live with good people.

में एक आईटी प्रोफेशनल हूँ साथ साथ मैंने अपने बाबा से प्रेरित होकर बच्चों को खिलौने बाँटना शुरू किये जो वंचित है जिन्होंने कभी बचपन में आनंद नहीं लिया उन्हें खिलौने बाँटे नये और लिम्का बुक आफ रिकार्ड बनाया आज में आंगनवाड़ी गोद लेकर उन्हें स्मार्ट आंगनवाड़ी बना रहा हू सेंट्रल जेल में भी बच्चों के लिये जो महिला वार्ड में रहते हैं उनके लिये बाल शिक्षा केन्द्र की स्थापना की हम सभी को अपना योगदान देश के लिये देना चाहिए वही सही आज़ादी है

An apple a day keeps doctor away, this is what we learn from our childhood. But now a days we are running behind money and earning at the cost of our health. This is not correct. We should respect our body and health. At the same time our status in social life is also important. If we lead a disciplined, happy life, we can avoid heart problems. Regular exercise, yoga, pranayam, meditation will increase good hormones in our body. And most important thing is we MUST avoid alcohol and smoking for good health.

Contribute Daily - Spend 30-45 minutes in public places, Hospitals, parks and clean them, water the plants, maintenance. This will keep us happy
