also storywhich inspired self life... how daily act & observation it said that mental _ stress/tention/feelings/emotions impact a heart a lot so be a self heart care by daily small things these r own ... 1_खाना बनाते समय बहोत बार जल जाता है जल्द से/तुरंत बर्फ लगाए तो बाद वो घाव 2/3दिन तक तकलीफ नही होती जो अक्सर मलम लगाने के बाद होता है cause full time can't apply.. 2_गर frequent बिमार होते है so instead use of अलोपेथी दवाई it's actually damage inside body so what I did _ 2/3 yrs sports/ game any _ basketball badminton..(or regular yoga pranayam ayurveda medicine) it's help that साल मे 5/6बार बिमार पडने के बजाए 2/3times 3_u know your life live according 2your health climate what u suit ets... don't blindly follow anything eg_people mostly avoid repeat of dress but why if u r hygiene can wear whats makes u comfortable why 2think what people will say... 4_actually male or female both should care taker of heart listen what your heart says 2 U don't what others says...

Bhagat Singh was a prominent freedom fighter and an inspirational icon in the Indian freedom struggle. He gave a new direction to the National Movement against the British rule. Bhagat Singh was born on 28th September 1907 at Lyallpur district (now in Pakistan) to a patriotic father, Kishan Singh who was in jail even at the time of his birth. His uncle, Sardar Ajit Singh was a great freedom fighter who established Indian Patriot’s Association. Thus, patriotism was in his blood. He was associated with many revolutionary organizations and played a key role in the Indian Nationalist Movement. He is often called as “Shaheed Bhagat Singh” as the supporters and followers of this legendary accorded him the title of “Shaheed” meaning “Martyr” after he sacrificed his life for the nation. He became a prominent leader of the “Hindustan Social republican Association” in the year 1928. There are many steps you can take to help protect your heart. Avoiding tobacco is one of the best. Some of them are Eat healthy. Get active. Stay at a healthy weight. Quit smoking and stay away from secondhand smoke. Control your cholesterol and blood pressure. Manage stress.

Happy heart is a concept to pressure free heart in our life.it is a way to maintain our heart healthy and happy. 1 Simple living higher thinking concept should be adopted in daily life 2 morning walk is a best and cheapest way to take fresh air of morning for happy heart. 3 Wake up early morning is a way to fit and happy our heart. 4 Minimum use of mobile and television for maintain happy heart. 5 Always think positive and creative for less pressure on heart. 6 Ayurved and herbal food is a way to fit our health as well as heart.
