1_खाना बनाते समय बहोत बार जल जाता है जल्द से/तुरंत बर्फ लगाए तो बाद वो घाव 2/3दिन तक तकलीफ नही होती जो अक्सर मलम लगाने के बाद होता है cause full time can't apply..
2_गर frequent बिमार होते है so instead use of
अलोपेथी दवाई it's actually damage inside body
so what I did _ 2/3 yrs sports/ game any _ basketball badminton..(or regular yoga pranayam
ayurveda medicine) it's help that साल मे 5/6बार बिमार पडने के बजाए 2/3times
