"Happy Heart" when we say it describes that we happy deep down from our heart . we always heard Quote " Health is wealth" .Health is an important part of our life and all of us need to take care of this. Most of the people do not give more importance to this.Thay are more Focused towards earning income however they don't realise that Without health money is of no use. Most different types of health issues are arising today because of polluted environment, Junk food and etc. Thus, health is an important aspect. Today, Everyone is going through mental issues and they just try to be happy. However, we should be happy From Heart. Thus, Happy Heart is a big word. Rather than pretending,We should really be Happy. and Even everyone should focus on this.

Happy Hearts Happy Life, Happy Life Happy Nature, Happy Nature Happiest World. When we listen to this one thing is sure that happiness resides within us because "if have to be happy we have to be alive", this might be the cercastic thing but the truth without being alive nothing is possible, now the circle start from the breathing pattern, as well as we Breathe we will be happy with the healthy Heart. So first thing which is we learn how to breathe properly even we breathe properly our major distractions comes from the Air pollution created by, vehicles, cigarette etc that is secondary. But "learn to breathe and breathe well" So heart gives you the maximum support to your wellness.

we shouldn't make our daily activities too slow or too fast ,. Moderation is the key . we shouldn't push our body to the extremes, be it exercise , dieting or smoking/drinking
