A very important thing to understand the election system in Australia. India needs to study and implement compulsory voting at least for lok Sabha and RS. Compulsory voting will ensure a good government that is a true representation across all cross section of the society

The idea of an Indo-Australian ENTREPRENEURSHIP CORRIDOR. Australia has cutting edge intellectual property in software, sports, medical technology, education, agriculture but few entrepreneurs to develop these into businesses. Young India is full of entrepreneurs. Let's create an Indo-Australia Startup Incubator that promotes such joint startups. Am attaching my presentation http://goo.gl/2sVnVo which was used to drive this idea with Austrlian counterparts over 2012-13.

Commencing new Indian Radio station & TV channel at Australia is of paramount importance. These platforms would not only help in improving India & Australia relationship but also help in addressing other fruitful ideas suggested on this forum.
In Australia I listen and see only bad news from India like rape cases, poverty, kissing protest and arrest etc etc None of the good news from India is covered on radio station or TV which is not portraying a true image of India.

Dear Sir,
Couple of thoughts from my side,
>> May be while addressing the Indians you can appeal them to continue to be discipline and respect Australia’s culture along with India’s culture which will create a healthy relationship and minimize racism.
>> Also, you can emphasize tourism, and may propose private tourist operators to start Chennai to Perth Luxury cruise service. (may be Via Indonesia)
>> Also would request you to discuss with Aussie govt about giving more Visas to skilled Indians.

The $16-billion two-way trade between India and Australia is on the relatively low side. We may embark upon joint projects in grains, fisheries & dairy with Australia.
