Recently they have come up with bionic eye for blind people,of course at research level. We have no such program in India. I hav started recently with Narayana Netralaya bionic eye program, but long way to go. If they allow us to join their team it would be nice. We have max no. Of blind people in the world ie 15 million. Sir, if you show interest we can make deaf people hear ..blind people see in next 10 yrs. Such technology is available today but costly. If we develope it will be 5 times cheap

The name of the Australian company is Cochlear inc. There are only 3 companies in the world. Deaf people are suffering for want of this. This is world famous company but serving mostly rich in our country. If we can use combined efforts we can rehabilitate all deaf people in India. Recently they have started bionic eye for blind at research level. We can participate at this stage if they are willing. I have started some work on bionic eye also with Narayana Netralaya but we hav long way to go.

Finally , in such cases , and this is my personal experience of the last eighteen months ,the DAK handlers in the VIP offices like the Presidential Secretariat , the PMO and the office of the Foreign Secretary direct such submissions to anybody but to whom these have been addressed . I wish Your Excellency will give due consideration and make an announcement in Australia addressing these PIO’s concerns . regards , amarjit chandhok

Hon'ble PM sir, Thanks for this opportunity. Australia has produced first bionic ear for Deaf people. This is also called cochlear implant. We have one million deaf people in India. It costs 7 lakhs unaffordable for many. So I have developed our Indian cochlear implant which will cost 1-1.5 lakhs. Ours is undergoing clinical trials. Our govt is helping me in this endeavour. I'm doing it for poor people of India. There is possibility to combine our technologies to bring down cost drastically .

cont3...Secondly ,while ICWF was established , in all the Indian Missions to meet contingency expenditure incurred by them for carrying out various on-site welfare activities for Overseas Indian Citizens who are in distress , it only provides for expenses for the last rites of a deceased Overseas Indian or to move his Mortal remains to India . My humble suggestion is that one heir of such deceased Overseas Indian , who was alone in a foreign Land ,should be given all Diplomatic and Political.4

cont 2. Tragedy befalls when the person who is away from his family , alone in a foreign land , dies suddenly . Such legacy that the deceased might have left behind in the foreign country ,in some cases may be quite a fortune. Our system lacks mechanism to bring home this legacy .cont..3

I have developed a unique software program that will help Surajya proponents budget project expenditure accurately. The program logic is attributable to Dr. Bhanu Murthy, an expert in Operations Research. Valuable insight/inputs were made by Mahender Rao (ex L&T). The product was validated by Dr. Harsha Ranade and a paper was presented at the International Public Works Conference,Darwin,2013. http://epress.lib.uts.edu.au/journals/index http://trid.trb.org/view.aspx?id=1265351
