This forum seeks inputs on how to further sharpen the focus of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas for the overall development of India. sector wise privatization of railways is a must to avoid losses and finally the entire railways has to be privatized like in U.K during Margret thatcher era.

To all NRI's all over the world, a message be sent that they also should adopt atleast one village, either their own birth place, or a child living place or any of their own choice from a set of given villages, for development as a model village with selfless service of tan, mann, and dhan.

I Would like to know why no one takes cleaning seriously in MTNL Janak puri office i went their for my connection and after looking at the dirty building i spoke with some one in sanchar haat and they advised me to speak with Sarabjeet Singh in room D-4 or room 115 . outside his office their was lot of garbage. i am attaching a photo of this. when i spoke with him regarding my complaint his words were Who are you to tell me about this.

As per present guidelines NRI/PIO cannot acquire agricultural land/ plantation property in India. And there is no provsion in the policy for PIO / NRI who have inhereited ansestoral farm land or owned farm land before they migrated overseas. They should be allowed to purchase new agricultural land in case they sell their exisitng farm lands subject to RBI permission.

Completion of Railway projects like Dahod to Indore, Chota Udaipur-Dhar, Indore to Akola Gauge Conversion, Surat-Nasik and Indore Manmad Rail line is of prime importance considering DMIC and boosting FDI. In addition to that Multimodal Logistics Hub (MMLH) in Pithampur is required as same would support alternate Railway Freight route between Mumbai and Delhi.Presently MP has the poorest Railway Infrastructure hence urgent expedition of these projects is required. GIS Indore success is at stake.
