Pravasi Bharatiya can be two divisions 1 those who work abroad and support their family in India 2. Who has settled abroad . The first catogery remitts money to India to support their family after their hard work .They have gone there with great difficulty and sacrifise the family life just to keep both ends meet . We should give more priority to them and take care of the rest of their life when they return to India .The other catogery shold be encrogarged to invest in small business

some views on how to attract more investments
1. let all investment proposals come to PMO.create a dedicated cell. 2. PMO forwards it to concerned state CMO 3. CMO deals directly with promoter till pre project stage along with senior person from state industry department. 4. CMO works with promoter till plant/business is up. 5. PMO keeps oversight till business rolls. This simple route will ensure no bottlenecks and maximum speed till roll out of business.

The Pravasi bhartiyas can be categorised in two categiries,"pravasi due to needy & greedy".Right now let's ignore the greedy ones who have no love, affection for their motherland & speak about needy, who has gone abroad for his basic needs & quality life.A data can be collected from such brethren about their reasons of leaving the loved ones & motherland. If they could be accomodated here, with some incentives, talent will come back, which will help enhancing GDP in a small way.
