NRIs can sponsor skill development programmes and other social welfare schemes and the Government should acknowledge their contribution, display their names and contribution on Doordarshan and issue them certificates of appreciation for the same.

Quick Suggestion: Promote 3-4 days of “Shram Daan” to Nation among all tax payers. 1) PAN card can be used to track identity 2) tax payer will get 1-2% rebate in tax liability (help in scheme promotion). 2) Nation will get millions of hands for free 3) Citizens will get chance to get engage with system, this will help in system building and improvement, also help in reducing unwanted negativity about system 3) Help in building nationalism among citizens.
Quick bcs form is limited with 500 char..

NRIs who were victims of brain-drain must have special soft corner for education. NRIs should be given opportunity to start scholarship in their names. They can fully or partially adopt a school for specific period and send their donations/ scholarship amounts directly or indirectly to school or govt.

NRIs who were victims of brain-drain must have special soft corner for education &education related activities,
In continuation with ministry of HRD's school's toilet related info available online, the funding info can also be provided along with deficit of each public school (and number of children studying, School level info on average distance from "serving villages", number of teachers etc) can be provided online.
Upon this, donation and investment can be invited from NRIs

We should not forget, people leave for better future due to lack of opportunities available in India. This is what our aim should be. We should now make sure our talent remain in our country. So time to provide excellent opportunties to one and all. We cannot stop people from, going out but need to keep the money in our country and get the talent from outside too. It has to be two way process to take country forward in the times to come. Dil will always be Hindustani. Nobody can divide that4 sure

Congratulations to Sri Narendra Ji for bring great many changes for the NRIs. One extremely frustrating requirement still needs to be addressed. Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) allows holders unlimited entry to India. However the holder still has to carry a Lifetime Visa sticker which for some holders is in an expired passport. If the holder has forgotten to carry the expired passport (which is a common mistake) huge problems are suffered at the Indian airports. Please address this PM.Thanks

Though I hate to think of myself as an NRI. I am one. Ten years and I still feel I am more Indian than anyone else.
So I don't have many complaints or suggestions based on my bad experiences. But what I have heard over the years from people here is, they have lost faith in Indian officials purely down to corruption and laziness.
NRI's are reluctant to invest in India because of "sarkari kaamkaaj" is slow and whole experience is somewhat distasteful.
Change the way we treat our guests.

How about making it compulsary to have get election card at time of birth. As we get birth certificate similar way if we can have election card at that time only we can get everyone registered in election roll. we can have something called as date of eligible for election calculated after 18 years. we will solve the problem of getting users registered at last moment when they turn 18.
