India is the only country where you will find the all climatic conditions which you find in rest of the world. Indians are in all countries where they will find similarity in climate between some part of India . Let them do experiments in agriculture ,floriculture, marine organic farm, and other sectors. Problems they will face in India is of honesty and discipline . Find solutions over it no one will leave our country . Bourocracy is corrupt and time consuming . Save valuable time of NIR'S

Our india is can be far much better than other countries. It has the natural magnetic ability to attract NRIs. What we need to do is to enhance its beauty. Brain drain shouldn,t be dere. If it will stop our country will be enriched by our heroes only. Which will lead us to a new stage of development. As we know how many of us prefer foreign for jobs, many of the big companies outside have more than 20% of indians involved in their companies which are actually doing a grt job.. So if our seeds are sown in our land then why others enjoy eating..

In Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs, CEO of India Centre of Migration should prepare database of all 40 million NRIs indicating their ancestral places, their present job profiling and identify the potential investors.
India Development Foundation (IDF), a Trust is also there where money can be received and spent as per d wish of NRI.
We can use this for village adoption, Heritage facelift, toilets in schools etc. and put a plaque in the name of the NRI or his forefathers as per his desire.

Many NRIs miss Indian home-made food, festivals, dressing styles, etc. Seasonal vegetables and fruits, special ingredients, flowers, decorations, experts in dressing styles etc. could be arranged for them to add a dash of native flavour. Farms, gardens and orchards may be developed for this purpose and NRIs can invest in such projects.

We can train housemaids, drivers, cooks, etc. to help NRIs and they could be invited to contribute towards creating such facilities. This will generate huge employment opportunities and also make their lives overseas a lot easier with a feel of home. One more project worth investing would be to train educated youth in foreign languages and cultures, which bridges the gap and promotes a healthy exchange.
