The National Culture Fund (NCF) under Ministry of Culture (MoC) is formed to take help of private people in upkeep, mainteneance and facelift of heritage places in the country with giving recognition to donors.
The India Development Foundation (IDF) under MOIA is formed to bring contribution of NRIs seamlessly for charitable purposes. Nothing is happening on these fronts as no one understand how to do it and what to do. The posts are sinecure with good foreign trips and retired people enjoying.

The CEO India Centre for Migration (ICM) under MOIA should be tasked to study the pattern of requirements of skilled jobs abroad and coordinate with various skill development centres, ITIs, Universities in India.
They should also take control of sending people abroad with maximum facilities, genuineness and minimum charges. Presently people going on their own have to pay not less than Rs. 3 - 5 lakhs as fees which makes the remittance from abroad going in the hands of these unscrupulous people.

The total amount of remittance received from our brothers ans sisters abroad is around $75 billions. They have to pay whopping 8 to 10 % commission for sending money in India. Need to streamline by competitive tie up with Post Offices.
More than $300 billion is saved every year by NRIs abroad and kept at 0% interest in Banks abroad. We can give them 3-5% and issue bonds.

Investment is like a two way traffic. First, identify the areas which needs maximum attention. Ex: Nursing, Physioherapy are two key fields in which there are less people. It needs more improvement. Likewise, every sector will have a weak link. Once identified, it's importance can be highlighted so as to attract investors. Considering Physiotherapy, many are seeking in settling abroad whilst, a Country of Billion people has Physiotherapists in less than one lakh in number.
THINGS WILL CHANGE

Hi all
First step is as far my knowldge there is no data base which tells us
About how many indians are in particular country and from which state/city of india how many people went abroad.
When we prepare this type of data base ,later point of time we can use this data to improve investmentin india.
First rule is get user data this rule is used by facebook extensively.
Here are my suggestions on creating nri database
1.there will be a website,where nri's can register themselves.
to be continued

Dear Modiji. I, Sharat, am a NRI residing in America. One great traffic controller in America is the extensive use of STOP Sign in smaller roads leading to a heavy traffic road or high way. This should be used in India. For your Information Shri Gadkari ji.

By attaching Annual Income of the family to whom a student belongs along with the caste of the family all government schemes for monitory assistance to lower caste students will help only those in need and not those who get it because of birth in a caste.

Dear Modiji
Time has come to get over the caste system in the schemes for poor. Engineering collages are filled with sons and daughters of poor brahmins and poor lower caste people and a large group of lower caste students belong to affluent lower caste families. All government schemes should now start attaching the annual income along with the caste before giving out scholarships. Anyone whose father is an Engineer is by default a Brahmin family member. He/She should not avail such schemes.
