Most of the stumbling blocks faced by governments and administrations are attributable to the wealthy stakeholders in india. They need to do some self-examination and modify their mindsets so that india can progress in the right direction of alleviating poverty. I am sure each and every person who is financially independent can come up with a set of changes he/she needs to make in the mindset. This means over 1 crore people can make a huge difference by setting the right examples.

A ot of attiudinal changes are required. In the area of energy conservation, most of the rich folks think that since they have the money to spend, they can use incadescent bulbs with high current loads. This is wrong thinking. We need to conserve energy because the total amount of energy being produced is finite as well as perpectually insufficient. The wealthy of India must make a sea-change in their thinking and mindsets.

It is very important for us to look at elecric power consumption. As we become a manufacturing base, more power will be required for industires. We will have to shed some from our residential power requirements. One east way of doing this is to adopt a policy to use only LED light and bulbs in the residences, offices, etc. Also, electronics to shut off the lights in areas not being used, must be installed compulsorily. Such building regulations and laws must be made to ensure the proper handling of Indians growing power demand.

All programs of the government must be inter-linked so they support each other's goals. Establishing India as a Manufacturing Base for the world is a very important goal. All programs and schemes must support this goal. Today, because we young Indians have the desire for instant gratification, like our western counterparts, and this forces the businesses to continue to support the Imports from china. The consumers must learn patience and ensure they support Made-in-India as well as Make-in-india. Initial patience and guaranteed profitability will push forward the industries to imcrease production and improve quality to meet international criteria. automobile industry is a great example. See how far we have progressed starting with the Ambassador to the super-SUV being made in india.

Inccredible India buffalo hits plane just seconds before it was ready to take off. This is condition of aviation industry and airports of India . You need some one to revive it give civil aviation minister 30 days to change everything because 6 months already pass. Why govts of India not take aviation sector seriously? Congress give to Patel then ajit singh and bjp now have given to raju. I don't think so this guys can bring change and growth then how ppl who choose minister choose them. India

But every Indian is busy in copying foreign especially European culture. Unless and until we are proud of our glorious India and expose ourselves to Indian culture,no foreigner will enjoy in India. If we are able to explain our glory to others, they will enjoy the stay here. That couple told us that they found that Indians are welcoming hosts...so I felt proud to be Indian at that moment...Keep it up India...

When we were travelling in Goa at Palolem beach we met a foreigner couple which were travelling in India for 1 month, was impressed by Indian glory, culture, people, everything in India. They liked Indian Veg food in Pune,Maharashtra, they liked electric meter system n they were surprised after we told them our culture saying 'Atithi Devo Bhava'. If we glorify our culture, foreigners will be attracted towards India because,Every foreigner is eager to know about India, original Indian culture

Need one model village that is sustainable, low cost, zero defect, zero effect on environment. Then each NRI can adopt one village in Bharat. All villages will develop in next 5 years. Till now M.K Ghandi is the best when all the resources for that village is nearby. No transportation/pollution. Rich local economy. No migration to cities.

As a part of Swaccha Bharat Mission which is dear to all of us, we need technical help and investments from overseas Indians. Every village must have an gargbage incinerator that can be used to burn even plastics and Tetrapak plates safely without any toxix fumes being released to the atmosphere. Recycling plants at district level should be created to handle electronic and other toxic waste thereby creating local employment.
