We should run a campaign to contribute best practice from NRI's around the world. They know indian problem and know solution what other countires have adobpted. they should be given monetary incentive for that.

All these students are future leaders and some of them are sons of businessman, politicians, village landlords and others who are capable of bringing development at city or village level. My suggestions:
1. Direct Remittance of NRI money into any kind of Bank or Financial institution in India
2. NRI money should be fully free from any kind tax obligation
3. Give special ROI (Return of Investment) facility to NRIs regarding their money
4. Get back them to India forever
5. Hold your national talents and restrict to them become a NRI. It is India's ultimate investment.
6. Give them a special status to participate in India's development policy

The welathy people must volutarily disengage themselves from Government subsidised programs that are meant for poor and lower middleclass people. The rich dont need subsidies from government. I know of one zamindar in a village who filled out the application calling himself a "sweeper",so he can get ration card and gas cylinders at subsidized rate. There are millions of such people in India. They have to change their mindset and cancel their applications. Not only is it illegal, this us also a criminal offence.

Please have an India Infrastructure Fund which can allow long term deposit of money by NRIs.It should be available at all banks. This fund can be used as PPP to finance specific projects like Airports,Ports, Expressways, smart cities, which will also bring returns to the NRIs.which should be encouraged to be reinvested into India again.
