Sir, as summer season came and the festivals are arriving. Sharing a healthy & nutritional drink called "Ugadi Pachadi" to be consumed by all for immunity. Wash Raw mango properly with water and peel it's skin. Now cut it into very small peices. Take a bowl, add these Mango peices, Jaggery, Neem Flower Petals,  Tamarind Juice, Salt, Red Chilly Powder, Coconut peices and mix them  thoroughly.  Now serve it directly or refrigerate it to cool.

1) Keep Smile and Be Positive- Thumb rule 2) Stick to Vegetables,Fruits,Grains 3) Do Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation 4) Do Weight training as per guidelines 5) Add Sprouts to the Diet 6) Do Fasting as per the convenience 7) Keep Hydrated 8) Add Turmeric Milk to boost immunity

पोषण का संबंध आहार से होता है आहार से ही हमें कार्य करने की शक्ति, ऊर्जा विभिन्न प्रकार के खनिज, लवण इत्यादि प्राप्त होते हैं जिससे हमारा शरीर स्वस्थ रहता है, अतः हमें कोविड-19 में अपने आहार की ओर विशेष ध्यान रखना जरूरी है हमें अपने बच्चे, स्वयं ,हमारे बुजुर्ग इत्यादि को उनके स्वास्थ्य एवं स्थान के अनुरूप वातावरण के अनुरूप अपना पोषण लेना आवश्यक है संतुलित आहार जिसमें प्रोटीन विटामिन कार्बोहाइड्रेट, खनिज, लवण, विभिन्न विटामिन, इत्यादि शामिल हो और जो हमारे शरीर को कोविड-19 जैसे संक्रमण से बचाए

स्वस्थ शरीर मे ही स्वस्थ दिमाग होता है इसलिए अच्छा खाओ । मोटे अनाज (बाजरा ) को अपनाए। ज्यादा से ज्यादा फल, हरी सब्जियां ,अंकुरित अनाज को अपनाएं। दाल ,खिचड़ी, दूध ,दही ,छाछ ,घी अपनाये। आधुनिक पेय पदार्थों से परहेज करें।
