Dear pm sir, one of the biggest ingredient in hampering health of children,youth and old people in india is palm oil. palm oil is used in almost all biscuits,waffers and other edible snacks. this oil is banned in other major countries across globe. cannot we ban this and look for better alternative. take action sir. it's like aaj nahin tu, kabhi nahin

श्रीमान P M महोदय बैंक का निजीकरण करना बिलकुल गलत है इससे तो पहले की तरह केवल पैसे वाले लोगो को ही सेवा दे पाएंगे ,और आम आदमी तो आज भी सरकारी बैंकों पर भरोसा करते हैं । आपको याद है की आपकी सरकार के द्वारा किसी भी योजना को लागू करवाने में सरकारी बैंकों का कितना योगदान रहा हैं।

Hi Respected Prime minister Shri Narandra Modi. Healthy food is also very delicious as opposed to popular thinking. Nowadays, kids need to eat healthy food more than ever. We must encourage good eating habits so that our future generations will be healthy and fit. Most importantly, the harmful effects of junk food and the positive impact of healthy food must be stressed upon. People should teach kids from an early age about the same,Thanks ☺.

Recpected Prime Minister Shri Narandra Modi ji, They provide more energy to our body than carbohydrates but should be consumed in a less amount. Fresh fruits, vegetables, and leafy vegetables, fish, egg, milk-these are good sources of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and are essential for normal functioning of the body. Govt should make sure whether the supplements given through various organizations from the govt is reaching to the needy people. Make nutritional chart and diet according to the climatic conditions of the state and implement. Promote the cultivation of cereals,pulses,millets,vegetables,medicinal plants etc strictly in organic methods. Make the nutrition education in the school level itself. Importance of balanced diet as well as exercise should also be included in the syllabus.

Someone,somewhere is sleeping with an empty stomach while u were busy in counting u r calories!!!! Now a days it is a paradoxical situation where a large section of society is remained untouched by food and even a single meal.... Many families cannot even afford to have basic edibles like milk,fruits,bread..The Indian government has launched multiple schemes to eradicate malnutrtion and starvation for food.... some of those schemes are 1.Integrated child development scheme ,midday meal...

1. Have heavy breakfast and light dinner 2. Include leafy vegetables in your diet 3. Have traditional Indian food 4. Avoid fast food 5. Put less salt in food

Always eat food like medicine at regular time Never take diets without consultation. It will lead to severe problems in future. Try to consume organic fruits and vegetables which is seasonal.
