RERA ( REAL ESTATE REGULATORY AUTHORITY ) : At present there are lot of discrepencies are being observed by CREDAI n new real estate ventures , which is denting the revenues of state govt and consumers are facing legal issues. Promoters without obtaining necessary approvals starting real estate venture by collecting money from consumers by giving false promises. To overcome this there should a portal from government wherein if RERA no. is entered it should display all key information

Vegetarian and scientifically prepared meat is very good. Vegetables are very very important. An uncivilized man who kills and eats a home-grown animal. May a generation grow up believing that no living thing should be killed. A peaceful country.

As we know right diet keeps most of the deases away and offers good healthy living but most of the people are unaware of the right diet plan. I think there should be an appointment of dietician per specific numbers of people..it will certainly creat an effect on general health of the people.

Having healthy diet is important but more important is its absorption. And food is well absorbed when sufficient amount physical activity is involved in daily life. Attending class and doing allocated work will burn come calories but doing physical activity will actually strengthen body. Our body is the only partner which will be with us for the entire life time, this has to be taught to every human being being in very early stages. Every one knows health is wealth but hardly few know the truth.

Early morning Consumption of soaked dry fruits in water for whole night are mandatory for overall development of body.The daily consumption of a cup of milk is very crucial for sound health as it contains different vital number of nutrients required for sound health.However, eating less work more is a fruitful advice to maintain longer sound health.P physical activities are important for perfect health to keep toxins out of body."PERFECT DIET PLAN ENSURES PERFECT HEALTH".

आम आदमी की डाइट संतुलित होनी चाहिए जिसेसे की वह स्वस्थ और फिट रहे। इसके लिए सुबह नाश्ते में अंकुरित अनाज लें तथा दोपहर के भोजन में हरी सब्जियां और सलाद के साथ दही का मट्ठा तथा भोजन करने के आधे घण्टे बाद पानी पिए अंत में रात के भोजन में हल्का आहार का सेवन करें और सोने से आधे घण्टे पहले एक ग्लास गाय कादूध अवश्य पिए।

My views to stay healthy are: 1. Eat your breakfast/lunch/dinner at proper time and daily at same time. 2. Don't skip your meals in order to complete your work very fast. 3. Drink plenty of water. 4. Avoid roadside/junk/deep fried foods during summer season. 5. Engage yourself with some physical activities like playing games with children and listening music,etc. 6. Take a little nap at afternoon daily.

Nutrition is the vital factor for health.Perfect nutrition is the obligatory condition for perfect lifestyle and sound health.There are different methods and strategies to keep sound health.Besides intake of sound diet we should do exercise as well to maintain proper execution of food and absorption of vital nutrients including vitamins,minerals, proteins,carbohydrates,roughages and the consumption of water required for daily basis.There are different varieties of foods to maintain sound health.
