It comes to everyone. Many diseases affect people without any change in today's diet. Especially if you ask anyone over the age of 40, he says sugar, blood pressure. At first it is not a disease. It is a defect in our body. It is enough to chew well and extract saliva in the mouth. It turns into bad sugar because it is not digested. The enemy of sugar deficiency is dill and coriander powder which are added to the daily diet. It is enough to take these three daily.
