(1) Energy rich foods (Carbohydrates & fats) - Whole grain cereals, millets, vegetables, oils, ghee, nut, oilseeds, sugar etc. (2) Body building goods (Proteins) - pulses, nuts, oilseeds, milk, milk products, meat, fish, poultry.
