For healthy living We need to bring our old practices into our kitchen . Millets play and important role in it , now millets are in trend , there was a time when millets were called food for worker grade or poor . Have we ever thought why they are more healthier than us , because they never judged the food as protein , carbs and fat . They ate what was available to them . Now as per current trend people have understood the power of millets and they are incorporating it in daily diet .

Focus should be done on the consumption of iron and Vitamin C rich locally available foods. Along with that omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids has to included in the diet for specially pregnant women. This helps in brain development of the neonate, proper delivery of the mother and birth of a healthy baby. Thank you! I hope it helps

Dear Sir, I always support the way government takes decision but a suggestion is why bank employees are not getting vaccination however they are part of essential services. I am an IT professional and getting opportunity to do work from home but my husband is in bank and meet to clients every day for services. I have seen him going work in lockdown too. Why BANK EMPLOYEES ARE NEVER RECOGNISED AND BENEFITED?
