जय हिन्द, खाना वह खाना चाहीए जो मन को स्वछ रखे। ' यथा अन्न तथा मन' साथ ही साथ जो भी खाना खए उसे सदैव उसका स्वाद लेकर और मन के खाना चाहिए क्योंकि ' खाना खाने से अच्छा खाना लगना होता है'। इस मूल मंत्र को अपनाए और स्वस्थ रहे।

MILK is a wholesome food, while it is easily available to village people, urban people struggle to get good quality milk. A2 milk from Indian cow breed is the best milk But the packaged milk is the combination of all milks, we don't know. Hence everybody should have cow in their house to get pure milk. JAI GAU MATA

The only ways to provides good nutrition to peoples, especially in rural areas is by organizing seminar, workshop by the expert so that peoples will understand what type of nutrients the get from that particular food. They will also understand to take that particular food at the right time, at the right place and to the right person. If these were provided or given to the people of the nation, I'm sure they will learn to eat the food that is rich in nutrition and the saying 'Health is wealth'.

Respected sir, We need to more aware of our diet which includes all the nutrition according to age groups. A healthy diet must include proper proportion nod carbohydrates and proteins with adequate amount of vitamins and minerals. Drinking water keeps you healthy with healthy diet. All indians must have awareness about their good and healthy diet for themselves. Thank you

जंगलों में FOB या underpass के साथ साथ eco friendly fensing बनाने से पाँव चलकर सड़क पार करने वाले पशुओं को दुर्घटना से बचाया जा सकता है। राज्य मार्गों पर भी Fensing, FOB, Underpass हर एक किलोमीटर पर बनाने से मनुष्य और पशु दोनों की सुरक्षा बढ़ सकेगी
