Our traditional food and practices for use of natural resources in our food habits considered as better compared with processed food of today’s cities and urban areas. This needs to be restored as per Atamnirbhar bharay call of Pam Modi Ji.

nothern mountain states like utterakhand traditional diet is well combination of all necessary items such as kuluth or gahat ki dal or phan for rich diet of protein , ragi or mandwa ki roti with dhaniye lashan pyaj ki chatni for rich mineral carbohydrate diet, badi and chanchya or kapul for providing rich fibre carbohydrate diet with dal a good source of protein for green vegitable tukur ki sabji, sarso palak ki sabzi more specifically kandeli ki sabzi etc these source for balance diet

Green Leafy vegetable along with Dal Bhat can be good combination for diet thats why in southern India sambhar rasam with dosa and idly are in fashion In northern India sarso ka saag with makke ki roti along with lassi are fashion so keep trying it

traditionally in every culture dal ke paranthe or barwa paranthe are in fashion which is good source of protein we used it our daily routine as supplement of non veg food item

ankurit sabut dal and green leafy vegitable mixed with boiled potato along with a full glass o milk can be considered as full balance diet we can adopt it in our daily routine

Today we see that most of our young people are weak, it is primarily because of food. Adulterated foods are everywhere, In spices in honey in packaged milk pesticides are there in vegetables and in most of the food. So how can our people have good health. It is simple, By taking unadulterated even small quantity of food our people can become healthy. Milk is a wholesome food, and if we have cow in our house we can ensure that the milk we are drinking is 100 % pure Only way
