रंगे हुए ,और पौलिस किए हुए फल, सब्जी, खाद्य पदार्थों का सेवन करने से बचना चाहिए। क्योंकि यह हर हालत में नुकसान देह है। और कैंसर जैसी भयानक बीमारी फैल सकते हैं। कोशिश करनी चाहिए कि ,भले ही चटकदार फल, सब्जी नहीं दिख रहे हो लेकिन बाजार से अच्छी सब्जी खरीदनी चाहिए। फलों और सब्जियों को आधा एक घंटा पानी में अच्छी तरह से डुबोकर रखना चाहिए जिससे दूषित रसायन, रंग इत्यादि दूर हो सके।

old-age people getting pention, no doubt, but the person is cheeting with their own people, because of cheeting old-age people not getting good food, again they're suffering from good food.please look into the matter. instead of paying amount can be provided good nutritional food and their medication.

ಮೋದಿಜಿರವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಣಾಮಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಹೋಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಹಾರ್ದಿಕ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು . ಮೊದಲನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ಮನೆಯ ಆಹಾರ ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಸಿಗಲು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಕಷ್ಟ . ಎರಡನೆಯದಾಗಿ ಹೊರಗೆ ಆಹಾರ ಸೇವಿಸಿದರೂ ಎಣ್ಣೆಯ , ಕೊಬ್ಬಿನ , ಮಸಾಲೆಯ ಅಂಶ ಬಹಳ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದುದನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿ ಸೇವಿಸಬೇಕು .

Discourage growth of unseasonal food grains, vegetables and fruits. They are loaded with chemicals and pesticides. Encourage only seasonal vegetables fruits & grains. This will eliminate diseases and ailments to some extent. This will ensure natural organic nutrition. Else most of the population will suffer from chronic diseases. Kindly stop unseasonal farming practices.
