Hii, don't compromise with your health. Don't eat outside . Avoid eating cold food. Eat fresh and nutritious. Keep yourself clean and sanitize before eating. Eat what is good for health not for taste. Eat all kinds of eatable.

Hii, garmi ka samay chal raha hai. Aise me aap alag alag prakar k drinks piina pasand karte h. Bazar me jo cold drinks available h, adhiktar Hum wahi piina chahte h. Humey pata h ki wo hamari sehat k liye achha nahi h Fir bhi hum wahi piitey h. Aise me Hum hamari sehat k saath khilwad karte h. Hum sharbat pii sakte h-nimbu sharbat, mango juice pii sakte h ya mango kha sakte h, tarbuj kha sakte h jo pani ka achha source h.

अपनी बचपन आप बीती के वर्णन करते हुए कुछ रोचक संस्मरण पोषण को लेकर प्रस्तुत है: गरमी में बार-बार प्यास लगना स्वाभाविक है परन्तु यदि पानी या कोई दूसरा तरल पीने से प्यास न बुझे तो तरास लग जाना कहलाता है। यह परेशानी जब नवजात के साथ को झेलना पड़ै तो उसके जान पर बन आती है। ऐसे एक दुखियारी मां अपने बच्चे के साथ आई और मेरी मां के पास आई।दया कर मेरी मां ने मुझसे गुलर के एक जड़ को खोद कर काटने को कही और धरती में गड़े शिरे के नीचे कटोरी रखवाई। उचित पोषण वाला गूलर के जड़ का पानी पी बच्चा ठीक हो गया।

The Poshan Maah was observed in the month of September 2020. During this nutrition-centric Jan Andolan based celebrations the momentum to set-up Poshan Vatika gained the pace. Following this, around 10.87 lakhs plantation drives were organized in the form of Kitchen Garden. This was organized at the Anganwadi level. During this period, AYUSH based interventions also helped in disseminating the knowledge on nutritional practices.

The key focus areas of the Pakhwada are to address the nutritional challenges using the Food Forestry and to organize the Poshan Panchayats. Under it, the National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB) working under the Ministry of AYUSH, will distribute 4 samplings of the nutritional rich plants to each of the Anganwadi Centers.
