मेरे विचार में सही पोषण के लिए हमें सबसे पहले हमारे भोजन में उपयोग सामग्री की लिस्ट बनाकर यह देखना चाहिए कि सबसे अधिक पौष्टिक आहार किन सामग्री से मिलता है हमको मिलावटी तेल जंक फूड से बचना चाहिए हमको यह प्रयास करना चाहिए कि जितना हो सके पोस्टिक आहार स्वयं एवं बच्चों को खिलाएं क्योंकि हम स्वस्थ हैं तो देश स्वस्थ है सरकार की इस मुहिम को हम को सफल बनाने का हर संभव प्रयास करना चाहिए पोषण पकवाड़ा कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य यही है कि देश में बढ़ते को पोषित मामलों को कम किया जाए | धन्यवाद

Matschya Express: An attempt to start specialized Trains christened as Matschya Express by combining all coastal states Maharastra Orissa Andhra Pradesh Tamilnadu Kerala Gujarat and states which have big rivers can be formed. Food trucks with the support of states ( Telangana started ) selling sea food ( raw & cooked ) can be provided to eligible youth . For govt schools sea food can be provided to students under mid day meals programme. If we create better demand & mktg the production increases

1. Avoid junk food. 2. Always eat home made food. 3. Dinner should be done atleast 2 hours before sleeping. 4. Dal and green vegetables should be add in your food. 5. Green salad 🥗 should be add in your food. 6. Oily and spicy foods should be avoided. 7. Atleast 250 ml milk should be drink. 8. Seasonal fruits should be add in your daily diet. 9. Egg should be add in your daily diet. 10. Avoid fastfood.

Dear., #@narendramodi.in hamare village kharesiya ki dhani ringus sikar( rajasthan) main pichle 8 year se pine ka pani nahi h or sikar main pichle 15 year se BJP ki sarkar h or main pahle bhi 3 baar complain kr chuka hu lakin abi tak koi sunwai nahi hui h, hum pichle kuch year se pese deker pani ka tank dlwa rahe h, sir please support for it

For a healthy diet you should prevent eating junk foods. You have to decrease the consumption of carbohydrates and fats. Drink more and more water.

मेरे विचार में सही पोषण के लिए हमें सबसे पहले उन 30 अलग अलग भोजन की सारणी बनानी चाहिए जो पौष्टिक होने के साथ साथ उन समस्त विटामिन, मिनरल तथा उन अन्य पोषक तत्वों से परिपूर्ण हो जो मानव शरीर के लिए जरूरी है तथा यथा संभव हो उन व्यंजन को तारीख के हिसाब से बनाएं| एक मुख्य बात यह है कि जहाँ तक मैंने सुना है कि रिफाइंड तेल अत्यंत हानिकारक है तो इसलिए इसका प्रयोग जितना हो सके उतना कम किया जाय|

a healthy mind and a healthy body is essential for the overall development of the nation . As our ancestors said that it is the food that helps to build our body both physically and mentally. We should therefore develop good eating habits. Say no to junk food and western diet of colas, pizzas, cakes ,burgers etc. Say yes to our traditional food , vegetables , sweets all which are healthy and at the same very tasty. our dal rice has been even voted as the best nutritious food by WHO.

Best way to be healthy and fit is to avoid fast and processed food Switch to natural and whole grain food rather than packed or junk food. Regular physical activity and maintaining of water is also a part of fitness and healthy.
