Discard harmful hybridization, hybrid food grains giving just quantity but reduced quality and long term illness after a prolonged consumption. Encourage vedic culture (prayers, havan, spiritual programs, annadanam for the welfare of the society and the country) to boost moral values, human values, healthy lifestyle among people.

3)Eat whole wheat roti (Indian bread) instead of refined wheat flour. Whole Wheat is high in nutrients and fiber and reduces risk of heart disease. 4) Try to eat your dinner at least some time before going to sleep. It helps in digestion.

Following are my suggestions - 1) Start the day with lemon juice and honey mixed in warm water. Lemon is a good source of vitamin C, helps to control weight and improves digestion. Honey is rich in Antioxidants and Helps to Improve Cholesterol. 2) Keep daal (Lentils and pulses) in your daily diet. It is a source of Protein and reduces cholesterol level in blood.

Namaste, My submission, Anyone wanting to loose weight/fat can follow this plan. Diet = Eat 1 fish a day (not deep fried, but roasted or slightly cooked with oil) along with Raw green vegetables (such as corainder, cabbage, carrot, chilli). If more hungry add 2 or 3 egg whites to your daily diet. 2-3 Litres of water a day. Take a multi vitamin pill once or twice a week or as needed. Exercise Stay 1-2 hours everday in 70-85% of your Max heart rate (calculated 220-Age). A walk will do it.

Healthy nutrition is a key to good health. It can be accomplished through cultivating hygenic, affordable, sustainable, ecology friendly and productive eating habits which includes but is not limited to: 1) balanced diet - taking low amount of fat , eating a half chapati less than which your appetite demainds , going for a slow walk after dinner, eating non spicy properly cooked simple food and including proteins in the food 2) hygiene before and after eating 3) eat slowly

Golden milk is a good immunity booster. Boil milk with turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon powder, dry ginger powder and pepper powder.Add one tablespoon of honey and have it daily. Discard all advertised health drinks viz Boost, Bournvita, Horlicks, Pediasure, Complan and other beverages. These beverages contain high glucose which is harmful for health. Let kids have it to build their immunity. I have discarded all these OTC beverages and switched to Golden milk for my 10 year old son and entire family.

सेवा में, श्री मान मोदी जी! हम सभी लोग अपने पूर्वजों ऋषि मुनियों के ऋणी हैं जो लोग हम सभी के लिए जीवन जीने की एक सुन्दर कला को दे गये हैं।हम सभी को मिलावट खोरी को रोकने के लिए तत्पर रहना होगा तथा सरकार को भी इस पर कड़ा से कड़ा कानून बनाना होगा तथा इसे रोकना होगा क्योंकि ऐसे लोग समाज के दुश्मन हैं।हम सभी को प्राकृतिक चीजों को ही ज्यादा से ज्यादा अपनाना चाहिए तथा केमिकल की वस्तुओं से बचना चाहिए।तभी हमारे देश तथा सरकार का पोषण पर कार्यक्रम व आयोजन सच्चे अर्थों में सफल हो सकते हैं।

उन्हीं की तरह आचरण करना होगा हमारे पूर्वजों ने मां गर्भ से ही सन्तान को पुष्ट व बलवान बनाने के लिए गर्भाधान संस्कार किए जाते थे और जो मुख्य सोलह संस्कार होते थे वो सब शिशु को पुष्ट करने के लिए ही होते थे बाकायदावेद मंत्रो से मां के गर्भ से लेकर जन्म तक होता था लेकिन दुर्भाग्यवश इसको साज़िश के तहत झुठलाया गया और जो झूठ था उसे प्रचार प्रसार किया गया।जब सेभारत में विदेशी आक्रांताओं ने कदम रखा तब से हमारे पूर्वजों द्वारा बनाए गए सुंदर संस्कारों की जगह पाखण्ड आडम्बर झूठ फैलाया गया
