Dust pollution constitute more than 35% of air pollution. This can be contained by exempting truck mounted dust absorbing machines as duty free one or Nil excise duty. This will improve the environment and reduce sand mafia in Tamilnadu activity by selling those dust for mixing with cement to use in construction industry.
