To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

क्योंकि बालक-बालिका समाज के भावी कर्णधार होते है तथा सच्चा, ईमानदार, धार्मिक, वीर, सत्पुरुष्ष पाकर जिसमें वफादारी कूट-कूट कर भरी हो अच्छा नागरिक सरकार की सच्ची पूँजी होता है, सरकार का एकमात्र आधार होता है | सच्चा, धार्मिक, वीर, ईमानदार एवं वफादार नागरिक बनाना एवं बनाए रखने की पूरी जिम्मेदारी, पूरा-पूरा दायित्व एकमात्र सरकार पर होना चाहिए ।

Restrict the quantum of fuel (petrol/diesel) a person can buy at subsidised rate in a month. If they consumer beyond that the rate has to be 3 times. Make it a rule that atleast a minimum of 3 people has to travel in a car otherwise make it punishable.

Support & provide Incentive to the farmers for pulses production. Make sure FCI also procures pulses from the farmers

To promote tourism and travel in India by all service class, need to revise LTA norms and make that process simplified. It should be linked through Reservation Portal and all classes could claim that while doing reservation online. They have to provide their PAN Number and Salary Account/bank Account number to avail that.

Clarification required on leviability of excise duty on RMC manufactured at site for captive consumption: After the decision of honorable supreme court, M/S. Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Ecc ... vs C.C.E, Hyderabad on 6 October, 2015 the department started search our sites and pressurizing to take registration and demanding excise duty on RMC however f) Serial No. 144 of Notification No.12/2012-C.E. dated 17th March 2012 exempts, `Concrete Mix manufactured at the site.
