Issue ration cards for only those who studied X.. they should maintain minimum attendance till X.. OR for only those who passed basics english and maths.. may be they should possess both.. this ensures reducing school dropouts.. children will enjoy their childhood and acquire basic skills needed for digital era.. use biometric for collecting attendance..

I HAVE ALREADY HIGHLIGHTED THE MATTER REGARDING LACK OF PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF OUR ENGINEERING STUDENTS WHO PASSED EVERY YEAR ARE STILL JOBLESS, MY SUGGESTION IS THAT THEY MUST BE PRACTICAL TRAINING RESPECTIVE THERE TRADE JUST AS MBBS STUDENTS. PRESENT APPRENTICE ACT IS TOO MUCH OLD FASHION AND MUST BE AMENDED AS PER PRESENT STD. AND ALL THE STUDENTS MUST BE UNDER THIS ACT.

Currently eLearning is at school level like Educomp. Only few schools are having it.Also you cannot grasp by watching one time in school. It should be any time and from any where.Make it at student level. There is no technology which makes it at student level. Only way is to make it free. So that middle class children with laptop and internet can download and increase their skills. Either buy Tata Class Edge eLearning software or start creating own software

Dear Sir ,
We have to prepare our labour for next technology. That is Electronics. We have to train labour sector specific. Like I am from Led industry. So as a company I can train 20 labour online and offline. Than he can get job in any another led industry. This is how we have to train labour industry wise and we have to create chain of industries. Train labour will also get first priority and better pay. Govt and Industry has to come together. Industry fear of Labour union is the mjr plm

We lack practical education in India. Mugging up dates of history and other science theories doesn't help in skill development. But what we actually need is practical approach to teach all these things. Things done practically will enhance the mind of students and cultivate the skill of innovation and inventions. This will also help in jobs as every job require practical work not theoretical one.
Thanks

Dear Sir,
My SOn studies in Class 9 ICSE at Bangalore. The school does a few good things, but the bad is a Long list. The schools at these levels should develop the skills. But the assignments assigned is just mere copy and paste from internet and this will not help anyway. The teachers too dont correct. The whole assignment is rejected if there is no print... The same can be done in other way.. They can ask the child to study and give a presentation along with slides or pictures.

Computer is taught as an elective in many schools. Commerce and Arts students never get access to computer labs in their college. This has to be changed.

From School level itself, we should make awareness among the students regarding the steps and options are taken/given by the government for them and how they easily get it.

The skill development Institutions like ITIs should concentrate on working with hands to develop skills rather than write journals. The remuneration for skilled workers putting their hands on job needs to be more than their white collar counterparts who are engaged in passing papers from one table to other. Working hands and manual labour needs to be respected and compensated better than white collar jobs...
