Skill Development and Entrepreneurship are linked. currently, there is a gap between people who have an idea, people who have necessary technical/management skills and organizations who can mentor and sponsor that idea. We are working in this field and adding our suggestions. Kindly reach out to us if it seems useful.

Dear Sir we have to develop courses that can provide multiple avenues for opportunity such as QHSES , Oil n Gas ,Plastics & Pharma combination courses for entry level positions such as operator etc. Also MSDE should do its best to ensure HSE is incorporated into each and every course it certifies. In fact schools and colleges that have laboratories should not allow students into labs unless they get through safety training and proper PPE

I think the govt should introduce a certificate to a person on behalf of his skill with no criteria of age /degree etc We know dropouts who have skill and changed the world If govt are interested i will send a detailed report soon

The Sector Skill councils are good but they are not optimum. A lot needs to be done in bridging the gap between what the colleges are rolling out and what the industry needs. We need to have a concept like finishing school for each domain, wherein the stakeholders who finally have to engage with them, need to be taken on board. Also, we need to leverage technology for taking these skills aggressively to the targets, who are since employed rather than expect them to come to these centres.

Soft Skills should be develop from school level and not only in Companies. If it will be enhanced from school level most of the behavioral problems which corporates is facing right now will be surely decrease. Secondly, syllabus of current educational system is not very much useful for every student in the long term. It is only creating pressure with lots of books, chapters, & most important unit test, exams etc which schools keep on taking despite of instructions from CBSE.

All the schemes, processes, guidelines, etc. is fine as long as they are followed. If the ministry can fix accountability and ownership, than only the objectives can be met. Otherwise all the noble exercise and thoughts are going to go in vein. We should infact have a statutory body, which would be able to govern and direct the working of Sector Skill Councils. It will enable ITIs/Vocational centers to give promotions/increments only to deserving ones, which is not possible in current setup.

Practical knowledge is must that teach self entrepreneurship, those are School should not open tuition centre, school teacher should not open tuition class.that is responsible for school principal, school fees desired by GOVT not for school, tution fees also should be monitored.GOVT employee or staff or officer admission only GOVT school only, so need improve of expectation fulfill govt school, so need changes

There is need of more practical and industrial knowledge at college level.Students should be given real practical wOrk at school level, our syllabus concentrates more on theory and less on practical wOrk. School and college level syllabus should be upgraded every 2-3 years as technology , life style and almost everything is changing very fast.
