Lack of livelihood opportunities for tribal people is one of the chief causes of their backward status as compared with the other social groups. This issue is aggravated by the high rate of displacements faced by tribal people due to various industrial projects etc., which also causes loss of livelihood for them among other things. This Ministry has been taking various steps for facilitating sustainable livelihood for tribal populations in different sectors. Stress has been given on vocational education and formal technical education for tribal youth. States are being encouraged to take upskill development initiatives for tribal youth with at least 50% of such activities to be oriented for women.

Through MyGov, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs seeks suggestions/information from all sections of the society regarding various livelihood possibilities for tribal people, availability of skilled/unskilled manpower still unemployed, various traditional skills available with the tribal population, new trends and interests among tribal youth, corresponding skilling needs and possibilities etc.

1. Smart Work places can be developed in Villages, where tribal people can be enrolled in these centers & they can develop products containing natural inputs. 2. Khadi Gramodyog can put in efforts to include tribal people in their work force. 3. Handicraft items can be made by these people. 4. Tribal people have a good knowledge about nature & natural things, their knowledge could be utilized in development of many techniques & products. 5. Education can boost their skills in a specific field.

This is regarding payment of labour wages.All the Labourers should be allocated a unique number (Can be linked to Aadhaar) & their bank a/c should be opened by labour commissions.This is to be made responsibility of labour commission as labourers are poor & uneducated. The payment authority say contractor of construction work should deposit the wages in the bank account of labourer and monthly statement of payment of labour wages to concerned authorities.This will remove exploitation of labour.

The age bar for appointment as secretary was 56 years whereas the current secretary is understood to be over 57 years at the time of applying for appointment. I feel, the illegal efforts pretending to be taken by TRAI by an individuals to suppress the auction price could have easily curbed if the secretary TRAI would have brought out of necessity of minimum 3 members for decisions to be taken in the name of TRAI. DoT's silence is difficult to understand.

Auction helps in getting resources to augment livelihood opportunities for tribal people. Telecom regulator TRAI appears to be using all including illegal means to suppress the auction prices of spectrum. The latest is the reduction in termination charges and proposed reduction in roaming ceilings despite of not having the minimum strength of 3 members required to have authority decisions. It is understood that the chairman has appointed the current secretary despite being age barred.

Jharkhand state officials working never change whose ever in the power they act very very slowly or they will not at all work. Jobs are kept pending for months. Particularly they delay the job to earn bribe. Very old way of not working 17thcentury style of working. Keeping the state and country progress stuck up in files . Mines officials are not signing the drawings they kept writing letters in files but not doing the things. District mining officie at Chaibasa is not at all moving the job brib

Sir, The new ministry of skill development was launched on 11th Nov 2014 under Sh Rajiv Pratap Rudy. Sir, the reports are that so far the ministry has so far not even been organized.(100 days have passed). Obviously, in such a situation, there is no progress on this VERY IMPORTANT mission. Some other ministries handling this subject are also in somewhat of uncertainty . Kindly find some time to get this mission moving on fast track. Most respectful regards, virendra gupta 9811523559

railway . each and every railways employee took indirect money from so many areas . like TC from daily persons sailing different thing and beggars . more over they sail seat no 7 allotted to them for protecting LADIES . police never available when needed y becoz they busy in there collection . window ticket counter employee never give u CURRENT Window Ticket .employee and dala have so many different signal to eran indirectly more over Police help them too . some basic problems
