U r a Magician and everyone wants to see ur magic. Sir I think for employment we should take some steps very fast like we should make an forum like mygov.in in which we should try to open the sick or closed units which are closed or not able to run their factories due to some reason like government difficulties or any other reason. It results in heavy employment opportunities in no time. If we succeed in achieving this We can do wonders as we got infrastructure Jst we have to run

Government must identify economically well settled Tribal people and issue them a certificate stating that they are Economically Improved Status. Then only other economically poor tribal people will get a chance to get improvement in life. There is no meaning in giving benefits to some people for generations. Upto 3 generations they can avail the benefits and get Government support. Then they must be declared Economically Improved. This must be considered seriously to give way to others.

First Tribal people must be helped by providing quality education and good medical care. There are still many people who couldn't reach school or go to hospital easily. All elected MLAs&MPs must be asked to visit remote villages in their state and they should be given assignment to address their problems. Then only they will get uplifted in the society. Government must find economically settled people in tribals & they must be asked not to claim benefits by denying opportunity to others.

4. Construction of new amenities will gradually make village a more suitable place to live for middle class.

Bring the city to the village! Yes develop each village on a special theme, let it be an attraction and let the city people be the tourists of the village. Some themes on which villages can be developed are:
1. Only village where walls of the houses are decorated with various kinds of waste materials!
2. Only village which is using only Bio-Energy.
3. Only Village which is using only solar energy.
There can be thousands of such themes, create exclusive villages and bring tourists!!

In india agriculture is the primary occupation of the people. The farmers are deprived of the actual price of the crops they produce, which they deserve. The government should arrange for a direct link by which the farmers can sell their produce directly to the central government and earn deseserved money. In this way Income of the farmers will be strengthened.

sir , i feel that giving help in organic agriculture.. like an agricultural officer and marketing facilities and other infrastructures TOTALLY DEDICATED to tribal villages make people self reliant.. how ever the govt should have a constant monitoring facility regarding the working at each step.
