Sir, Almost the whole North-East comprising of 7 sisters (states) commonly known for Tribals region. In some areas the system of governance itself corruption by resisting anti-corruption activities or RTI applicant(s). In tribal areas, the power is given to the village head (councils/Panchayati Raj/Gram Sabha) who are ignorant and easily mesmerised by politicians for a cup of tea out of huge fund released from the centre for the rural development. Do customary law slows down development?

In my state tribal people living in remote locations do not have access to enough food, pure water, etc. I do hope from our government both Central & State that they are making sincere efforts to solve their problems.

The agriculture/forest produce are seasonal & abundant during season and very cheap including throughaway for domestic animals. In off season the cost of those produce are too high. Some sort of storing facilities be either extended by Govt. or Govt. may arrange parties who can help to store those produce with suitable profit that can be collected when its part is sold. The storing charges be collected later after selling part of those produce & half part can be kept as security.

News is that food grains are wasted due to lack of storage. I suggest to do either of these:(1)Sale/auction the unstorable grains to avert waste & govt. will get money, (2)Job can be created against this by swachha/clean India. People can be engaged in clean india against food grains.

We have so much policies for poor. government has given BPL card but in fact people of rich community in village or city are registered as BPL card holder.A rule can be made that, if a really poor BPL cardholder complaints about false use of BPL card by rich man, then property of rich man be transferred to the complainer. this will help gov.for utilizing fund for really poor community.

I think gov should go to the doorstep of the benefisheries of all the government sponsored programs like Jan dhan, rojgaar, pension, medical and all programs. Because there are lots of formalities and lack
Of information a big part of population feel hassle and remain to be benefisheries. Gov can give employment to large no unemployed youths for that work on contract basis for minimum wages and they can part of making India. And give all departments a time bound programs for cover all benefisherie

We should try to make their livelihood possible in the areas nearest to their present living.Every tribal group has its own culture and almost all of these groups carry a very special talent of their own.For eg. In Hazaribagh(Near Ranchi), several tribal groups are very good in wall-paintings.We can use this talent of these tribals in the nearby cities for their beautification purpose. This will not only give these tribals a livelihood, but a cheaper way to make the city look more decent.
