Large no. of tribals are involved in handicrafts. Govt can set up a digital market place for their shops, Jan Dhan makes possible payment from customer and post office can serve in couriering products. Govt agencies can help in marketing. This will increase the reach of tribals and other artisans, reduce middle men and improve life in rural India.

Some of Tribals can be appointed as Forest Guards/Rangers. They are the ones who know forests better than anyone else. A bit of training in weapons & uniform should do. Will help tackle poaching/smuggling/naxalism. This could be like any other para-military forces but with priority of safe-guarding our forests.

Sir, people from different tribal areas carry their own identity and heritage which they would like to preserve.Employment opportunities in farming & infrastructure has to be guaranteed to both male and female adults through MGNREGA, skill development centers to be opened in tribal areas such as in handlooms, crafting, community farming etc, which would felicitate them to earn extra. young tribals in 20 -35 age can be trained in certain specialized job like carpentry, sculpture etc.
