smart city should be pollution free. roads should be clean and should have traffic signal system . vehicles should be PUC certified . plantation on both sides of roads with sufficient public toilets and drinking water ficilities. To control the Traffic odd-even formula should be implement.

Segregation of waste shall be done at the household only into Dry and wet garbage etc.
Littering of waste shall be made illegal and a fine shall be imposed on the person who is responsible for littering.
For better management and efficient use of KDMT, it shall be made privatise
