Unemployment can be reduced with effective policies to revise retirement age or years of service, so that the eligible youth of our country will be employed(the pay of retiring person is twice or thrice of the pay that would be disbursed to a fresh candidate in the same post). Some people may not like this concept. But we have to think of every unemployed citizen of the country with simultaneous reduction in financial burdens & to improve our country's economy. Beneficial schemes for poor & downtrodden should reach to needy people in the country. An official body may be set up at the centre under which teams may be set up to practically monitor the disbursement to legitimate beneficiaries in the states & ensure that funds reach to earmarked destinations. There may be many off the records helpless people without any support & are forced to beg, such people may be settled in new rehabilitation centres involving possible production of goods.Jai Hind

The rule of administration and governance should be that the person sitting on the seat should never think that he is intelligent as nobody knows it but he also should not think others are less intelligent. Any decision taken by them should not be challengable or of his personal motto or he woul be penalized for the loss to the government from his sallary the honest tax payers of the nation should be respected more because they are the building blocks of the nation. -Divyam Kapoor Class-6

I am a government teacher. Earlier even for availing the maternity leaves, a teacher had to endure a great deal of problems . Now with things shifting to digital, a lot of transparency has come. I hope vividh positive government employees like me will get some better treatment and if needed their leaves can be sanctioned in a similar way. I am already facing a lot of hardship with me, my mother and husband being positive for covid. I plan to get some more leave to take better care of family.
