On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

As per my views the systems at centeral govt is improved lot better compared to earlier Govt. But still more effectiveness should be improved & work opportunity should be provided for young citizens, to improve the system & followup & keep the track in loops govt can inculcate or involve volunteers those who have proven quality as per the requirement & their educational level or can involve the NGO as associate those who work behalf of the system to get the done work in estimated time slap

किसानों को हर प्रकार की सहायता देने के बाद भी 73 सालों से किसान बदहाल क्यो हैं। सारी सब्सिडी और सारी आर्थिक मदद के पैसे किनके पास जा रहे हैं। हर फिल्म स्टार और राजनेता भी किसान बन गये हैं। क्या किसानी भी टैक्स चोरी और सरकारी पैसे को सरकाने का धंधा बन गया है। सरकार को इस विषय में कुछ सख्ती करने की आवश्यकता है। एक तरफ तो सरकार कहती है कि इतनी बड़ी आबादी में सिर्फ कुछ लोग ही टैक्स देते हैं और दूसरी तरफ किसान के नाम पर अरबपति फिल्म स्टार, नेता और उद्योगपति टैक्स की बचत कर रहे हैं।

To ensure better governance, it's highly required to improve its internal system in organised way. Limiting powers of departmental heads. Give more access to the employees to file their concerns without hindrances and threats to job. Rule of law will be applicable equally, despite of power/positions. Make tribunals more powerful, and accessible to all government employees, unconditionally. Govt org. shall be reorganize themselves as per Indian conditions, but not as per the British rules ...

Please do something for private sector employee who are not earning more than 5 lakhs /annum. Because to stay in city, we are not able to save the money for our children. Also in Pradhan Mantri Ayushman yojna, give us opportunity to enroll the name in that. India is a country with geographical and biological diversity our central government should make such organization which can draw best of these diversities These differ us from other nations of the world and can contribute to the nation

for proper working for Central Government the right in the power should be Limited in control title in Central government should not be refused the powers of given by common and should also give you want to see the women all the power should be maintained in Central government should is all the rights to the people under the work for the people diligently and not to violate animals right a child to take decisions best for the people and do let him right for the people maintained dignity in self

1.implement 100%work flow system with steps to achieve. 2.ensure org/dept or more specifically offices shall qualify ISO / sigma management compliance. Be like corporate kind of. 3.Dedicated HR is must as entrusting any officer for role of administration or HR will give ruthless and insensitive output. Let specialist (Qualified HR)do their job org/ dept. 4.Make system smooth and seamless for public as well S for office employees. 5.Ensure manpower rather than pretending optimization. HDSTY

The govt implemented so many schemes but public awareness to be improved. Only party workers cando it as state govts may not be interested as cutting is stopped. On public interest a format must be made compulsory for real estate registration in diff categories. Man interference must end. Recently state govt digitalised patta in tamilnadu. Mostly not updated and vao demands twenty to twenty five. Transportation in rail is a big problem in north as reserved coaches occupied by ticketless.
