In government offices , people who are getting there services with government employees ,shall give feedback about the service they have received from the office ,so pls introduce a feedback mechanism or rating mechanism for every services they get from the office or employee. As many private companies are using this feedback mechanism to give the best for their customers ,if this is applied in government offices ,we shall know about people satisfaction and how the employees are treating them.
