Central Government organization employees should be made accountable as Authority and responsibilities go hand in hand. 5th pay commission report should have been accepted in totality. The person who has spent so much time in its drafting and only the paragraph which was in favour of employees was accepted & working for 7 days a week was ignored. Such things should not be repeated in future.
