On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

1.in all govt offices the awareness circular and it's impact must Discussed to all level, including drivers, 2.all recreation clubs must avoid 3rf party involvement 3.all special quota person must monitor, because they utilizes the special permission. 4.All PA must connect to Vigilance committee. 5.all department staff & officials,weekly they must get online approval and submit the all important files to Vigilance,. 6.Vigilance will make surprise checking without circular, in all verticals

make a model school after every 15 km with transport facility to adjoining areas with in radius ofc15 sq. km . give all types of facilities in that school with nominal fees for poor and normal fees for salaried class and business man.all types of world class education and sports facilities should be provided in that school .dlso residential quarters for staff and their families and mess facilities be provided to staff and their family member on subsidized rates. along with modern education vedic

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम सरकारी उच्च पद पर बैठे अधिकारी गण अभी भी अंग्रज़ों के समय की विचार पाले हुए हैं !दूसरा दफ्तरों में या तो फोन नंबर सही नहीं हैं और हैं भी तो साहिब अभी मीटिंग में हैं ! छोटे मुँह बड़ी बात:- पांच ईमानदार रिटायर्ड ऑफिसर की टीम नियुक्त करके इन पर नकेल कसी जा सकती है और इनके स्थान पर नए लोगों की नियुक्ति कर दी जाए यह अपने आप सुधर जाएंगे ! आभार सहित

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (Ministry of I&B) should make it mandatory for the producer in the film industry to follow digital selection of artists criterion for finalisation of casting in the film's.We've given it the name of industry, so proper procedure of cast selection for any film project be followed. It automatically will help in bringing transparency, thereby checking and controlling mudslinging.

जिस प्रकार स्वतंत्रता पुथ्वी पर निवास करने वाले हर जीवों को पसंद है ठीक उसी प्रकार कानून और नियम सभी के लिए एक हो यह सबको पसंद है। और यह तभी संभव है जब भारत के प्रमुख गुप्तचर एजेंसियों को काम करने के लिए स्वतंत्र छोड़ दिया जाय जैसे (iB,Row,CBi, etc) इन सभी एजेंसियों को न तो राज्य सरकार और न हीं केन्द्र सरकार इसे अपने हाथों में लेने की चेष्टा करें और न ही अपने ढंग से चलाने का काम करें ्तभी केन्द्र सरकार (sestmatic tarikay) से आगे बढ़ सकता हैं।और जब इस तरीके से आगे बढेगा तो पिछे मुड़ने का सवाल

Suggestions 1. In every organisation there should be one officer who should be in direct contact with the cabinet minister, with a pseudo name, related to that organisation but he should work as a normal officer in that organisation and no one but the vigilance dept. should know about his real identity. 2. Every govt. Organisation should be linked with each other. 2. All the Schools should be govt. Schools to remove status discrimination and improve the std. Of govt. Schools 0

1 सरकारी संस्थानों की गुणवत्ता को बढ़ाने के लिए सर्वप्रथम सरकारी कर्मचारियों को बाध्य किया जाना चाहिए कि वो सरकारी संस्थाओं का ही प्रयोग करें। 2 कार्यों के निष्पादन की पारदर्शिता होनी चाहिए। किसी व्यक्ति की समस्या का निष्पादन कितने दिनों में किया गया यह समस्या के निष्पादन के समय प्रदर्शित किया जाना चाहिए। 3 सरकारी कर्मचारियों को उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए ज्यादा से ज्यादा प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए पुरस्कार या अन्य किसी माध्यम का प्रयोग किया जाना चाहिए।।।।।
