On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Devise mechanism to deduct all income tax at source and make every indian stress free from filing income tax returns. This will enable Indians to become more productive, more creatieve and more innovative. Income Tax department employees has to only ensure that Income Tax every concern is deducting proper tax.

If govt looks holistic at npas , bankruptcy,wilful defaulter ,losses to banks and country , govt has to take moral responsiblity of such losses ,occured due to lack ease of doing business ,red tapism , interest and term is clockwise ,but approvals and sanctions , govt policies ,process of project with other stakeholders cooperation and regulations of govt for stakeholders to coop timely to project , judiciary delays ,due to backlog and old constitution and lack of equal timely justice to all

It's simple, find the owner of every building (schools, shops, colleges,religious buildings, apt,) any structure in short to find who has more than one and who is honest. Vegetables,ciggirattes and many more goods still sold only via cash. (for big fishes to avoid taxes and to build their power) watch the latest series of I am Buddha on YouTube. Religion is not bad people behind it can be bad.

Also I feel It's high time govt should bring up some schemes which promotes Middle class. If we can't boost our middle class then we won't never be able to boost our Economy. We need to Make sure our middle class business becomes global brand For this we need to recognise Cost Accountant importance. If we don't recognise we are missing out so much.

समय साइबर का है और प्रत्येक विभाग के साइबर सेल को एक्टिव रहना चाहिए जिस से किसी भी प्रकार के डिजिटल फ्रॉड के प्रति सतर्कता बनी रहे तथा उतना ही जनता को एक्टिव होना होगा

If we want to make our local brands global brands we need to include cost accountant in Accountant definition. And need to make sure Every company, hires a cost accountant. ICAI every year ask extension for ITR filing why can't we give permission to ICMAI/ICWAI for ITR filing and just speed up the process. CA/CMA study almost same syllabus. We can give atleast one chance.

It is simple that progress is slow , not of much profit , except rich all are suffering , pilferation happening ,educated talents migrating due to non adaptable governance , govt need to take a call either to have more govt staff reaching to grassroot lvl and processing timely ,subject to staff being skillful , non corrupt ,good in public services and taking reconcilatory progressive timely decision ,or give ease of doing business to all enterpeuner,halfway governance is suffering for all
