On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Make credit score services (CIBIL) available to MSME segment so that they will not get exploited by their financially strong customers and MSME will be saved from going bankrupt leading to unemployment I can explain how this will help if given the opportunity to speak to Nitin Gadkari

If govt looks holistic at npas , bankruptcy,wilful defaulter ,losses to banks and country , govt has to take moral responsiblity of such losses ,occured due to lack of ease of doing business ,red tapism , interest and term is clockwise ,but approvals and sanctions , govt policies ,process of project with other stakeholders cooperation and regulations of govt for stakeholders to coop timely to project , judiciary delays ,due to backlog and old constitution and lack of equal timely justice to all

Please do use young talents in defence field,Please do not make Defence sector privatised, secure every working field with CCTV's and direct it to MOD administrative office to check and verify whats up there,Please try making much investments using talents in india to built oir own defence materials,Try reducing importing of Defence material,Ensuring employment to youth and building patriotism

We appreciate all schemes launched by govt and there intentions ,all shall be executed and common man benefited ,and country progresses , all citizen happy , subject to ease of doing business ,and minimum period and documents required to launch the business , the time period of obtaining permissions are more than actual productivity period , like dhirubhai ambani said all business are profitable if done in minimum time ,at present speed india is 50 yrs behind developed nation ,lot to catch up

Please bring up classes by central government regarding various sector functions, eg:Satellite communication classes, remote sensing classes by ISRO, This can built passions in youth,They will try to excel themselves towards defence criteria
