On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

नमस्कार पासपोर्ट, मकान रजिस्ट्री आदि में पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन व दो गवाहों के तन्त्र को सरल व सुगम बनाना चाहिए, इन वेरिफिकेशन का सिस्टम व मापदंड बदलकर ऑनलाइन तथा सेल्फ डिक्लेरेशन व सेल्फ वेरिफिकेशन करना चाहिए अर्थात गवाहों की अनिवार्यता खत्म कर देनी चाहिए , आधार कार्ड व फिंगरप्रिंट द्वारा वेरिफिकेशन को मान्य करना चाहिए, इससे इन सेवाओं की उपयोगिता बढ़ेगी व आय बढ़ेगी। इससे सुशासन प्रणाली में सुधार होगा।

Our Justice system is fit only for a banana republic and needs to be revamped, With millions of pending cases and justice getting delayed and denied for millions of indians for past 70 years, india should revamp the justice system to be like that of USA or Europe or Japan, Police personnel wrecking justice by filing faulty FIRs etc Must be identified and Punished by courts too.Further appointment of judges must be On merit and competence only

The IPS IAS and other administration person maintain through a administrative system that posting transfer performance are recorded The unwanted transfer restricted posts only in the area of their knowledge and better performance for Nation developments Misappropriation mismanagement inefficient are dismissed from the service Keep posting pending and suspension is of no use It hindering the development of Nation

Annual or 6 months performance appraisal of all govt folks and report published online. Should include feedback from people using the service. Also, power to remove person in any of the leadership position if poor report.

Systemic improvement in any society depends on the mission of the individuals of the society, which eventually shapes the mission of the institutions and the country as a whole. It has to begin at the individual level. We should never be oblivious of the fact that the biggest asset of any organisation is the minds of its people. Every individual is required to possess a mission in life that has to override personal ambitions. The mission has to revolve around performance enhancement.

Honb'le PM Sir,my heartfelt diwali wishes to u.I am proud enough to b an Indian n at the same time proud to have a PM like u since Independence.I would like to suggest u to give an opportunity to at least one member from every Indian family according to the age,health n education to join in Indian defence.Let atleast every family has the right to stand at the boarder to protect the nation from enemies.

The awareness of all schemes wherein govt is supporting financially enterpeunership is not reaching grassroot lvl ,and few near to power gets benefit ,also such scheme are being implemented thru which centres is also not awared ,all money disbursed by govt dosent reach grassroot lvl and people in power knowing such schemes , get it for there own contacts at cost , leaving normal citizen not getting benefit of such schemes ,many dummy jan dhan account , let money launder in development projects

Govt to have suggestion from opposition leaders on policies ,and 25 pc of policies of opposition to be formulated with two third majority to be finalised , so as to engage opposition leaders in participation of development of country ,also give some responsiblities to opposition leaders related to development of country and reaching masses , ,just opposing all policies is not the creative exploitation of opposition resources,acknowledge contribution of few good opposition leaders ,accept them
